My University colleagues and myself exhibited our best work in London in a gallery called "The Gallery at Redchurch Street" from the 14th to the 19th May.
We all went down on the Monday, set up on the Tuesday and opening night was on the Tuesday evening. Then everyone went home apart from myself, Emma, Nikita and Sara who stayed down there the rest of the week to look after the work.
I have included this as I was the main organiser for the exhibition and feel I learnt alot from the experience such as to be more organised, start early with regards to finding sponsorship and organising someone going down earlier to look at the venue. This experience has made me think about what I would like to exhibit in my final end of year exhibition. If I was to do it again, I would go down the week before to advertise it more and to look at the venue as it was alot bigger than I thought and to have statements next to everyones work.
Below is everyones pieces of work that was exhibited.

Jenna Lawson
Neil Derrett
Barbara Goldstraw

Overall, I am glad I have exhibited in London, it was a brilliant experience, the work looked so professional, got amazing feedback about mine and everyone else work and it was a nice way of finishing off the three years I have spent with my Univerity colleagues.
